The Broadway Drop Shop LLC is an independent, fan-owned shop. We have no official affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or licensed relationship with any theatrical or stage production, production company, rights holder, performer, or creative team — past or present. Our products are not official merchandise and are created entirely independently.
Fan-inspired transformative works
Every product sold by The Broadway Drop Shop LLC is an original creative work made by fans, for fans. Our designs are inspired by live theatre and the stories it tells — they are not reproductions of, nor licensed by, any show’s official merchandise program. We do not reproduce protected logos, production artwork, or costume designs.
Fan creativity has a long and recognised tradition in theatre culture. Our work exists within that tradition: transformative, independently produced, and not a substitute for official merchandise.
Nominative reference
Where a product description or listing references a show by name, we do so only descriptively — to identify the work that inspired the design. This is a nominative reference, not a claim of association, endorsement, or affiliation. All show titles, characters, logos, and other marks are the property of their respective rights holders. We make no claim to any third-party trademark, copyright, or intellectual property.
No endorsement or sponsorship
No performer, director, choreographer, lyricist, composer, producer, production company, theatrical licensor, or any other person or entity associated with any show has endorsed, sponsored, approved, or is otherwise affiliated with The Broadway Drop Shop LLC or any product we sell. Any appearance of a show name or title on this site is solely for the purpose of identifying the inspiration behind a fan-made design.
Intellectual-property complaints
We respect intellectual-property rights and respond promptly to valid complaints. If you believe a product or listing infringes your rights, please email our support inbox with:
- A description of the copyrighted work or trademark you believe has been infringed.
- The specific product or listing you believe is infringing, including a URL.
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
- A statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
